We invite applications for a full-time opportunity in the role of IT Services Coordinator, reporting to the IT Manager and System Architect. This role will directly support St. Andrew’s College and St. Anne’s School.
The IT Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for dealing with various vendors and users when implementing projects. This includes creating and maintaining documentation, renewing licenses annually, and maintaining user accounts. A key role is supporting a diverse database ecosystem across various business units and improving data flow. Daily communication with IT team members is essential to establish a collegial and cooperative working relationship within the IT Department and among employees, ensuring IT services are fulfilling the academic and business needs of the school.
Candidates are required to hold a post-secondary degree. The ideal candidate will have three years of experience working in the IT field managing Office 365 suite and admin centre. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to research and learn about existing and new software solutions. Experience with Windows Servers and Network Topology is an asset.
The IT Services Coordinator will work collaboratively internally and externally with a keen focus on customer service. The successful candidate must be organized, have excellent documentation, and be able to communicate clear instructions, proposals, and notices to users with varied technical knowledge. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. The IT Services Coordinator may be required to occasionally work outside of regular business hours.
