Leadership Programming

The Leadership program at SAS is designed specifically with young women in mind. St. Anne’s students are encouraged to develop their leadership potential and hone their voice and confidence to meet the complex problems in our increasingly connected world. Integrated within this program is the opportunity for students to develop personal, collaborative, community, and strategic leadership skills.

In Grade 10, the program develops to incorporate leadership principles into various business disciplines while providing experiential learning opportunities as a stepping stone to entering the McEwen Business Leadership program in Grade 11. This specialized business leadership program allows Grades 11 and 12 students to focus on experiential education and leadership skills development. Students apply to be part of the program and implement the knowledge and understanding of the Introduction to Business course content to new and unique business case study situations. Successful applicants are involved in various leadership and extra-curricular roles (councils, clubs, sports teams, etc.), particularly the DECA, entrepreneurship, and investment clubs.
Empowering girls to be courageous learners and compassionate citizens who live and lead with wisdom.
