Celebrating Success at our Fall Recognition Assemblies

The Middle and Upper Schools came together to celebrate the achievements of our students at the Fall Recognition Assemblies. These gatherings honoured academic excellence and athletic accomplishments, highlighting the values and spirit that define our school community.

Academically, students who demonstrated exceptional dedication received Academic Merit Pins for achieving a Learning Skills average of 3.7 or higher. The prestigious St. Anne’s Character Awards were also presented, recognizing students who exemplify the core values of compassion, courage, leadership, and purposeful communication—hallmarks of a St. Anne’s education.

On the athletic front, each team reflected on their season, celebrating growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Players were recognized with Most Improved Player and Most Valuable Teammate awards, applauding their dedication, progress, and contributions to their teams.

A highlight of the assemblies was the “Reflections of a Cygnet,” a cherished tradition where students share personal insights about their growth and learning. This term, Noelle, Anya, and Isla delivered heartfelt speeches, reflecting on themes of friendship, persistence, and the importance of cheering on peers. Their words inspired and resonated with all in attendance, capturing the essence of community and support that St. Anne’s fosters.

“These assemblies celebrate our students’ hard work and the values they live by,” said Sabrina D’Angelo, Head of School. “Whether in the classroom, on the field, or through their personal reflections, our students continue to inspire us with their achievements and character.”

Congratulations to all the students who were recognized for their academic and athletic achievements. Your dedication and spirit set a remarkable example for our entire community.
Empowering girls to be courageous learners and compassionate citizens who live and lead with wisdom.
